The Flow Forge Wheelset is our fully in-house built solution for riders who want dependable performance without unnecessary complexity. Every wheel is hand-built by our team, ensuring consistent quality, precise spoke tension, and long-term reliability you can trust.
At the centre of the system are our in-house hubs, designed with durability and performance in mind. Featuring a 32-hole configuration, 6-bolt rotor mounts, and Boost spacing, they’re built to handle modern trail demands. The rear hub uses a 6-pawl system with 96 points of engagement, delivering fast, responsive power transfer when it matters most.
Our Flow Forge rims feature a 30mm internal width, offering excellent tire support and stability across a wide range of conditions. While the profile may feel familiar, we’ve made key improvements where it counts—most notably a wider rim bead for added strength and enhanced tire security, along with reinforced layup around the nipple eyelets to reduce the risk of cracking over time.
Maintenance is simple and straightforward. Both hubs run on sealed cartridge bearings and are designed to be easily serviced, keeping downtime to a minimum. We’ve also chosen brass nipples for every build, eliminating common issues like corrosion, seizing, or snapping.
Warranty
The Flow Forge Wheelset is backed by a 12-month warranty covering both rims and hubs against manufacturing defects and material faults, giving you added confidence in your ride.
